Lots of work making its way into 3089. Robots now can be outfitted with weapons (which they will raise, aim & fire when threatened):
I’ve also got melee weapons working for the player — that sword can be “charged up” with the right mouse button for a strong attack 🙂 The weapon model is currently a placeholder. I’ve also got enemy types without legs. I have a handful of new enemy models waiting to be implemented in a future update!
I’ve got lots of the inventory stuff coming along nicely. All of the weapon-specific item statistics are implemented (except ammo) — next will be implementing the different skills!
Lots of work to do — so I’m going to get right on it! I’m currently working on vending (e.g. going to a store and buying goodies). I’m still shooting for an alpha version late January. Thank you all for following my progress 🙂
